Service Description

I specialize in emotional development and mind-body wellness, blending Ayurvedic principles with proven behavioral change techniques. My approach empowers individuals to become their own healers through self-awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll identify and address imbalances in both body and mind, co-creating a holistic path to wellness that includes food, sleep, movement, and lifestyle adjustments. We’ll explore the underlying emotions driving your decisions and habits, with a focus on helping you relax your nervous system and restore balance. Drawing on mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices, I guide you to connect with your inner self and foster long-term well-being. This coaching model typically spans 3 months, with weekly in-person or virtual sessions, as we explore your purpose, set powerful intentions, and integrate your shadow.
